Jane Mbabazi is an Enterprise Development Practitioner, Community Engagement Specialist, Project Coordinator, and Business Advisor with experience in entrepreneurship development, business incubation, enterprise advisory, stakeholder engagement, and community transformation. As Founder of the Girl Child Character Initiative, she has supported the development of over 20 business plans and mentored more than 35 entrepreneurs through incubation, mentorship, and enterprise development processes. Her work focuses on empowering individuals, strengthening livelihoods, promoting entrepreneurship, and supporting sustainable socio-economic transformation.

Daniel is a development consultant with extensive experience in programme evaluation, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, policy analysis, feasibility studies, gender analysis, and development research. He has contributed to assignments for governments, development partners, international organizations, and civil society institutions across Africa and the Pacific region. His expertise supports evidence generation, organizational learning, strategic decision-making, and programme effectiveness.

Daniel is a governance and public policy professional with over two decades of experience in public administration, parliamentary processes, political analysis, stakeholder engagement, governance systems, and strategic communication. His experience includes leadership within local government, national politics, organizational management, and public policy engagement, providing valuable insight into governance and institutional development processes.

Edson builds and manages strategic relationships between Him Consult and external groups, local communities, and civil society networks. He focuses on co-designing collaborative programs, boosting public outreach, driving advocacy goals, and ensuring that grassroots voices guide institutional projects.
